I am SOOOOOOOO happy. I enjoyed this adaptation so much. And it keeps getting better from here! It was also pretty nice to see the opinion of this show change basically in real time and ratings of it get higher on many sites, even on ANN

The stuff in S2 is where the manga´s gears click together so this is nice. The 12 eps adapted exactly 4 volumes btw. All on the shorter side. The first chapter of Vol 9 will likely be the ending for the anime with this pacing. Should work.

I wonder what a payoff in a romcom could be? I don’t feel spoiled at all.

I love this show so much that I was about to check out the manga to see the rest of the story, but after such great news, I'll wait for season two instead.

It won't involve a time-skip, that's for certain.

Awesome news, one of those rare series that got better with each new episode.

Not really that rare...at least IMO. Oshi no Ko, My clueless first friend and other animes have done this almost every season.

This is amazing and unexpected news. Absolutely love the first season and like the comment above said, it just kept getting better as it progressed.

Totally fell in love with this show (it is arguably my top show of the season) and I am super-happy it is getting a second season as I just love watching those two dorks get closer.
