I hope they up the fanservice, IT's been lagging behind on that, it's just quaint to see perfectly placed shredded clothes post-2010, that's so last decade.

well duh. there are a lot of otakus who like the ecchi / fanservice genre. not ever single anime have to be like naruto , bleach , attack of titan and DBZ. or slice of life genre like Love Life and K-ON!

its because of fanservice junkies everywhere that series like highschool of the dead , highschool dxd and queens blade are still popular within the otaku community. so like it or not series like ikkitousen and queens blade are here to stay.

hopefully this series will get licensed in the US. and hopefully to be frank , if it gets dubbed , it doesnt get dubbed by new generation pictures cause unfortunately they dont know how to do fanservice series right.

I'm afraid that wont help the series. cause that is probably the reason why ikkitousen gets left in the dust by other fanservice series like queens blade and high school dxd. cause though i like a lot of fanservice , their also need a balance with that and story development. which is why some people would rather watch dxd over ikkitousen cause they put more into story development over fanservice.

however considering that the high school dxd anime its following the Light Novels towards a point is also a plus too. unfortunately either ikkitousen nor queens blade dont have that. sure the series is mainly based off of the battle vixens manga , but they no longer even being faithful towards the manga which is why they end creating series like XX and great guardians. so unless this ova is part of a chapter off of battle vixens , people will dismiss it very quickly over high school dxd born which is coming in 2015. especially since there is no news of a possible sequel to queens blade rebellion.

Hmm, well they gonna need to level up their fight scenes then, which neither Highschool DxD and Queen's Blade did deliver yet. Fight scenes are why I prefer Ikkitousen over these two but they can certainly do better.
