Shingo Hata's Pokémon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire Manga Ends Saturday

The January issue of Shogakukan's Coro Coro Comics magazine announced on Saturday that manga artist Shingo Hata's Pokémon: Omega Ruby Akaki Jōnetsu (Crimson Passion) and Pokémon: Alpha Sapphire Aoki Eichi (Indigo Wisdom) manga is ending in the same issue.
The manga began in October. The story follows two brothers named Omega and Alpha as they try to capture Groudon and Kyogre, respectively.
The Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire Nintendo 3DS games were released in November and are remakes of the 2003 Game Boy Advance games Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire. The games have sold 7.7 million copies worldwide as of December 4.
Update: A Pocket Monsters Special Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire arc manga will begin on Shogakukan's Web Sunday digital manga website on January 6.
