Guilty Gear Xrd -Revelator- Gets PC Release on December 14

Arc System Words revealed on Wednesday that it will release its Guilty Gear Xrd -Revelator- fighting game on the PC via Steam on December 14. The game will cost US$49.99, with a "One Dawn Bundle" that includes all the DLC for the game for US$64.99. The game will have a 10% discount on launch, and will also include the "Guilty Gear Sound Live 2014 Archives+" content, adding 11 new music tracks for use in the game.
Arc System Works released the game on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 in Japan on May 26, while Aksys Games released the game in North America on June 7. Arc System Works released Guilty Gear Xrd -Revelator- in arcades across Japan in August 2015.
The game adds the characters Johnny, Jack-O', Jam Kuradoberi, Kum Haehyun, and Raven. Dizzy was added to the game on July 19. Johnny, Jam, and Dizzy return from previous installments of the series.
The game contains a new mode designed for beginners called "Stylish Mode." In this mode, players can execute basic combos, special, and Overdrive moves through repeated presses of a single button. The game also adds a "Burst Overdrive" mechanic that allow players to use the Burst gauge to strengthen Overdrive moves, and the ability to make a defensive attack called a "Blitz Attack." The console versions have cross-platform multiplayer play between the PS4 and PS3 versions.
Arc System Works released the original Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- game in Japanese arcades in February 2014. The company then released the game for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 consoles in Japan in December 2014, and publisher Aksys Games released the game in North America later that month. Arc System Works released the game in Europe in June 2015.
