New Original Story “Ragnarok” Revealed for the Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross

LOS ANGELES – June 7, 2021 –Netmarble has revealed details about ‘Ragnarok’- an all-new story chapter and content update for its cinematic adventure role-playing game (RPG) The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross – as part of a special World Premiere livestream on YouTube and Facebook on June 5. More details on the new content will be revealed at a future date.

'Ragnarok' is a wholly-original story made exclusively for the game that follows the heroes of The Seven Deadly Sins as they enter the world of Norse mythology and encounter new original heroes including Fenrir, Sigurd, Thonar, and Grimnir - all of which appeared in the earlier livestream.

'Ragnarok's original story was planned ahead of the game's launch and has been in production for more than two years in collaboration with Kodansha and the original author, Suzuki Nakaba. As such, the scale of the ‘Ragnarok'’story is equivalent to a full season of The Seven Deadly Sins anime, and new chapters will be available every other month along with existing story series.

The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross translates the storytelling and adventures of [The Seven Deadly Sins] into a highly engaging and entertaining mobile gaming experience, featuring stunning, high-resolution 3D graphics, with more than 150 characters, 200 costumes, and 200 dramatic cutscenes. The game is brought to life with the cast of the original Japanese voice actors reprising their characters. Since its launch in March 2020, the game surpassed 30 million cumulative downloads in a year across the world.

The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross is now available for download on the App Store and Google Play. For more information, please visit the game's official website and Facebook.
